Directions from The South (A1M J4)

Go up to the slip road, turn right
At main roundabout, take the first left turning on the
A6129, signposted to WGC
Proceed down dual carriageway to next roundabout,
turn right
Go past Herts Constabulary
Take second exit off the roundabout to the Industrial
Area (little garage on the left)
At the next roundabout, take the second exit to the
Industrial Area
At another roundabout, go straight across to
Broadwater Road
Go straight along Broadwater Road to a set of traffic
lights (approximately 1 mile)
Go into the middle lane (Bessemer Road)

Continue straight along to the one-way system (past Rank Xerox)
Bear right. Take third main exit, signposted to QE2 Hospital and Hertford
Then take third major exit, turn left into Black Fan Road
Brownfields is the first turning on the right.
Directions from the North Junction (A1M J6)

Directions from the North Junction (A1M J6)

Turn off at Junction 6 and take the first turning on the left
Turn right at the next roundabout
Go straight ahead along Bessemer Road to the next roundabout
Go straight over
Take the first turning on the left at the next roundabout (Petrol Station on the left)
Then take third major exit, turn left into Black Fan Road
Brownfields is the first turning on the right.
